  • Take the first step by completing a brief New Day Contact Form, sharing what brings you to therapy and your hopes for our work together.

  • You'll receive access to my online calendar to schedule a free 20-minute video consultation.

  • We'll meet virtually to discuss your needs, answer any questions you have about therapy, and ensure we're a good fit for working together.

    • We'll schedule regular sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) based on your needs.

    • Together, we'll develop clear, achievable goals for your therapy journey

    • Between sessions, you'll have opportunities to practice new skills and ins

    • Regular check-ins ensure we're moving in a direction that feels right for you

    • All sessions are conducted in a secure, confidential online environment

  • As you progress, we'll collaboratively discuss your evolving needs. This might mean:

    • Adjusting session frequency

    • Celebrating your progress and achievements

    • Developing a transition plan when you're ready

    • Ensuring you have the tools and resources to maintain your growth

Insurance

I am in network with Aetna. For other insurance carriers, I can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Session Fees

Individual Sessions and Walk and Talk Sessions are $150/hour.

Couples Sessions and Reconciliation Meetings are $170/hour.

Group Sessions are $30/hour/person.

Fees are due at the time of service.

Sliding Scale Options

Committed to making mental health care accessible, I maintain several sliding scale slots in my practice. Currently, 3 sliding scale slots are available.
